Mysticash® Use & Redemption:

• Mysticash is valid for 90 days and automatically expires thereafter.
• Unless otherwise specified, Mysticash offers are valid 8 am on start date through 11:59 pm on end date.
• Offer is valid only to the Club M account number and name during valid date/time specified. Once Mysticash offer/prize has been awarded at the promotional kiosk, activation is required.
• Activation: Offer must be activated during the valid date/time by inserting Club M card in a slot machine reader until fully accepted and reader light is green. If offer is not activated, offer will no longer be available after valid end date/time.
• Usage: Guest must have a valid PIN (Personal Identification Number) and active Club M card to download Mysticash. Download the offer to your machine at time of play by inserting your Club M card into the slot machine reader and entering your PIN. Once any part of offer is downloaded it cannot be redeemed and must be played. Offer cannot be redeemed for cash.

Free Blackjack Play:

• Offer valid only for Club M account number and name during valid date/time specified. Offer may be redeemed at any cashier at Mystic Lake or Little Six®. Valid photo ID and Club M card required. Free Blackjack Play cannot be redeemed for cash.

Cash:

• Offer is valid only to for Club M account number and name during valid date/time specified. Must swipe Club M card to print cash voucher and redeem voucher at any casino cashier at Mystic Lake or Little Six. Valid photo ID and Club M card required.

Hotel:

• Reservations required. Reservations not canceled by 4 pm the day prior to arrival or not checked into are subject to one night’s room and tax charge. Guests must be 21+ to register and present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. A valid credit card is required upon arrival; $50 minimum authorization will be processed. Mystic Lake does not recognize emotional support animals as service animals. Only trained service animals are permitted. Offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable. Failure to cancel confirmed reservations may impact future invitations.
• The hotel is a secured environment; a valid room key is required to enter. No outside alcohol, furniture or appliances are permitted; guest bags and coolers are subject to inspection.
• Please cancel reservations via initial booking source. If initial booking source is unavailable for cancellation, call 1-800-813-7349.
• Mystic Lake Casino Hotel is not responsible for the loss of or damage to guest valuables. Each room is appointed with a safe. Please ensure the safety of your valuables by securing them when they are not in use.

Dining:

• Gratuity not included in any offers, coupons or complimentaries. Offers are not redeemable for cash and no change will be given. Not redeemable for alcohol, carry-out or children’s meals. Offer may not be combined with Club M card discount or any other offer.
• Offers and/or coupons are only valid during dates specified. Guest must present valid photo ID to redeem.

Entertainment:

• General: All attendees regardless of age must have a valid ticket. Guest must be 18+ or accompanied by parent or legal guardian to attend events. All guests attending with complimentary tickets must be 18+. Mystic Lake accepts no liability for tickets purchased via the secondary ticketing market. Guests are strongly urged to purchase only from the Mystic Box Office or Ticketmaster®. Mystic Lake has a no refund/no exchange policy on all ticket purchases.
• Discounted Tickets: Ticket price exclusive of applicable fees. Offer cannot be combined with other offers or applied to previously purchased tickets.
• Complimentary Tickets: Offer based on availability. All guests attending with complimentary tickets must be 18+. Tickets must be reserved at least 48 hours prior to show time and picked up at the Mystic Box Office at least 30 minutes prior to show time or they will be released for public sale. Offer is valid only for the Club M account number and name specified. Valid photo ID required. Complimentary tickets may not be resold or offered for resale. Mystic Lake reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who has resold complimentary tickets, or to any guest atempting to atend a performance with such tickets.

Mystic Slots®:

• Mystic Slots is for entertainment purposes only and does not offer real money gaming or any opportunity to win real money through game play. Playing Mystic Slots does not imply future success at real money gaming. Players must be 21+ to participate (18+ in Minnesota). The games are intended for an adult audience.
• Bonus coin offers are limited to one offer per guest. Bonus coins have no cash-out value.

Mystic Lake App:

• Club M membership is free.

• Club M cards and benefits are non-transferable and may not be brokered, bartered or sold.
• Tier Points accumulate in accordance with Club M membership level and gaming activity.
• Bonus Points are valid for 180 days, including the date they were earned, and automatically expire thereafter.
• Mysticash® is valid for 90 days and automatically expires thereafter.
• Table game complimentaries are not redeemable for cash.
• Management reserves the right to adjust any point balance resulting from malfunction, operational errors and/or fraud.
• Club M members distributing their card to others than those registered on the account, and/or members purposely leaving their card in a card reader to accumulate Bonus Points, are subject to membership revocation.
• Club M cards are only for the personal use of the individuals to whom they are issued. Other parties may not use them. Club M cards are to be used in accordance with Club M rules.
