• Participants must be 18 years of age or older, have a Club Mystic card and be present to win.

• Guests must scan their Club Mystic card to activate entries on October 30, 2007 at the promotional   kiosk between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to be eligible for drawings.

• Participants who win earlier prizes will still be eligible for the grand prize drawing.

• Beginning September 30, 2007 guests will receive 25 entries for every $1 spent in bingo.

• Club Mystic members may receive one free entry per day from September 30 to October 29 by   scanning their Club Mystic card at the promotional kiosk.

• Participants must be present to win.

• Winners must have a Club Mystic card and valid driver’s license or state-issued photo ID and
  social security number to win cash and prizes.

• The winners’ names will be displayed in gaming areas only.

• All winners of $25 or more must complete a miscellaneous prize claim form.

• Entries as listed above are earned from September 30 – October 29, 2007.

• Participation in this promotion indicates your acceptance to permit the use of your name
  and/or likeness in advertising and promotional materials. Failure to agree will result in a
  forfeit of prizes won.

• The winners shall be solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes levied on their prize.

• Any dispute or situation not covered by the above rules will be resolved by Mystic Lake Casino
  Hotel management in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest to all concerned, and that
  decision shall be final and/or binding on all contestants.

• SMSC Community Members, SMSC Gaming Enterprise employees and their immediate families (any   person residing in the household of the aforementioned individuals) and employees of Mystic Lake’s   advertising, printing and/or publicity agencies are prohibited from participation in this blackjack   tournament.
