The SMSC Gaming Enterprise is a gaming facility offering other amenities including hotel, entertainment, spa, restaurants, convention/banquet facilities and golf course.  The mission of the SMSC Gaming Enterprise is to provide exceptional Guest Service that makes Mystic Lake Casino Hotel and Little Six Casino the first choice as a gaming destination for local residents and visitors to Minnesota by providing our Guests with a variety of quality amenities which enhance a great gaming experience.  We hope that you enjoy our gaming facilities, associated amenities, exciting entertainment, our outstanding Guest Service, and that you visit us again.  Because we value your patronage and respect your privacy rights, we are providing you with this Privacy Statement.

The SMSC Gaming Enterprise reserves the right to change, modify or amend this Privacy Statement without notice.  When the Privacy Statement is changed, modified or amended, the revised date will be posted on SMSC Gaming Enterprise web sites (www.mysticlake.com and www.littlesixcasino.com).  Our Guests are responsible for periodically checking the Privacy Statement available on our web sites and are encouraged to bookmark the web sites to check for updates or print copies of the Privacy Statement for their records.

A Special Notice about Minors
Minors, persons under the age of eighteen (18), are not permitted to participate in the gaming opportunities offered by Mystic Lake Casino Hotel and Little Six Casino.  To reserve a hotel room the Guest must be at least twenty one (21) years of age or older.  Parent(s) or legal guardian(s) shall accompany minors at all times, including attendance at banquets and concerts.  If you are under the age of eighteen (18), we ask that you do not attempt to participate in any gaming activity, loiter in gaming areas, or enter into contracts that you are not legally permitted to enter, and that you do not provide any Personal Information to us.

Personal Information We Collect About You
“Personal Information” is information through which you can be identified.  In order to receive certain information, participate in promotions, make reservations or become a member of Club Mystic, you may be required to supply Personal Information.  Personal Information that the SMSC Gaming Enterprise may collect from you includes but is not limited to your name, date of birth, postal address(es), e-mail address(es), telephone or cellular phone numbers, gender, credit card information, Driver’s License Number and State, Social Security Number, Passport information, purchase and reservation information, gaming activity, and other information that you voluntarily provide.  When you request check cashing privileges, the SMSC Gaming Enterprise may also collect your banking information (including the name and address of your primary and secondary bank accounts).  This Personal Information is collected by e-mail, through mail-in forms, through on-line and on-site applications you complete, and through your activities with the SMSC Gaming Enterprise. The Personal Information that the SMSC Gaming Enterprise collects through the www.mysticlake.com and www.littlesixcasino.com web sites depends on the nature of your activities, including, but not limited to whether you make reservations, apply to become a member of Club Mystic, participate in promotions, or register for promotional information, etc.  By providing Personal Information, you agree to be placed on marketing lists and receive promotional materials from time to time from the SMSC Gaming Enterprise.

General Information
“General Information” is information about you or your activities through which you can not be identified.  When you use the Internet, your web browser or client software may transmit certain information to the servers that host the web sites you visit.  This information may include the unique number assigned to your server or Internet connection, the capabilities and features of your computer, your geographic location and your movement within the web site including what pages you look at and what information you download.  When you visit the SMSC Gaming Enterprise web sites www.mysticlake.com and www.littlesixcasino.com; the SMSC Gaming Enterprise servers collect such general information. The SMSC Gaming Enterprise uses General Information to generate aggregate statistics about visitors to its web sites.  In situations where it is possible to do so, General Information may be linked to Personal Information.

The SMSC Gaming Enterprise reserves the right to transfer your Personal Information to a third party in the event that we retain the services of an external marketing, promotional or direct mail firm provided that the third party agrees to adhere to the terms of this Privacy Statement.

Disclosure of Information We Collect
Except as provided in this Privacy Statement, the SMSC Gaming Enterprise will not sell, trade, or disclose to third parties any Personal Information obtained without your consent.  The SMSC Gaming Enterprise may disclose Personal Information:

  • To comply with a court order, subpoena, search warrant or other legal process.
  • To comply with legal, regulatory, or administrative requirements of any governmental authority.
  • To protect and defend the SMSC Gaming Enterprise in connection with legal action, claim or dispute.

Security
General Information and Personal Information collected by the SMSC Gaming Enterprise is stored on secure servers.  The secure servers are protected by firewalls and other standard security measures.  The secure servers are not generally accessible by unauthorized third parties, but could become accessible in the event of a security breach.  No security system is impenetrable.  The SMSC Gaming Enterprise takes reasonable measures to ensure that unauthorized third parties do not view your Personal Information. 

The SMSC Gaming Enterprise has no control over the security of the computers or other electronic devices and means you use to send
e-mails and submit information over the internet.  Therefore, while the SMSC Gaming Enterprise will take measures to protect your personal information, the SMSC Gaming Enterprise cannot ensure or warrant the security of information transmitted.
