The SMSC Gaming Enterprise is a gaming facility offering other amenities including hotel, entertainment, spa, restaurants, convention/banquet facilities and golf course. Personal Information We Collect About You
"Personal Information" is information through which you can be identified. In order to receive certain information, participate in promotions, make reservations or become a member of Club Mystic, you may be required to supply Personal Information. Personal Information that the SMSC Gaming Enterprise may collect from you includes but is not limited to your name, date of birth, postal address(es), e-mail address(es), telephone or cellular phone numbers, gender, credit card information, driver’s license number and state, social security number, passport information, purchase and reservation information, gaming activity, and other information that you voluntarily provide. When you request check cashing privileges, the SMSC Gaming Enterprise may also collect your banking information (including the name and address of your primary and secondary bank accounts). This personal information is collected by e-mail, through mail-in forms, through on-line and on-site applications you complete, and through your activities with the SMSC Gaming Enterprise. The personal information that the SMSC Gaming Enterprise collects through the www.mysticlake.com and www.littlesixcasino.com web sites depends on the nature of your activities, including, but not limited to whether you make reservations, apply to become a member of Club Mystic, participate in promotions, or register for promotional information, etc. By providing Personal Information, you agree to be placed on marketing lists and receive promotional materials from time to time from the SMSC Gaming Enterprise.
"General Information" is information about you or your activities through which you can not be identified. When you use the Internet, your web browser or client software may transmit certain information to the servers that host the web sites you visit. This information may include the unique number assigned to your server or Internet connection, the capabilities and features of your computer, your geographic location and your movement within the web site including what pages you look at and what information you download. The Information That We Collect About You And How We Use It
If you are interested in employment with the Community and you choose to create an account through the Online Career Center to complete an on-line application, or to submit additional information to us, we will use that information to evaluate your application for employment and for related recruiting, reporting and recordkeeping purposes.
If the Community hires you, the information that you submitted through the Online Career Center will become part of your personnel file and may be used to administer the employment relationship and for related reporting and recordkeeping purposes. The Community will retain this information for the entire duration of your employment relationship with the Community and after your employment ceases for any reason, for as long as required by applicable law, to the extent permitted by law, and consistent with the Community’s record-retention policies or practices.
The Community will generally retain information about applicants who are not hired for at least one year after the hiring decision has been made. We want you to feel confident about using the Online Career Center, so we have implemented a security program to keep information that is transmitted to our systems protected from unauthorized access. Your submissions of information to our secure server are protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, utilized by most popular browsers to safeguard transmissions. This technology allows us to use encryption tools to protect information transmitted between your computer and our server. Through encryption, the personal information you enter, including your name, address, and Social Security number (if requested), is converted into code that is then securely dispatched over the Internet. Once our secure server receives your encrypted personal information, it is translated back into its original form and stored in our off-line database. After we have received your information, access to it is limited to those with a need to know.
While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you submit to the Online Career Center, and you do so at your own risk. Any applicant may come to the Human Resources Offices and fill out a paper application. If you do use this site, we urge you to keep your username, password and any other log-in credentials in a safe place as you share responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of the information that you submit to us. Mystic Lake® is proud to present a new check cashing solution for our guests—the VIP Preferred card from Global Payments. Global Payments is an industry-leading financial services company that provides secure, fast and comprehensive check cashing abilities to the gaming industry and beyond.
What is a VIP Preferred card?
A VIP Preferred card is your new access to fast and easy check cashing services at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel®. Simply present your card and a valid government-issued photo ID to the cashier and you’ll have your cash in seconds.
How do I enroll?
To become a VIP Preferred cardholder, you must complete a brief enrollment form available at Check Cashing Services. The information you provide will not be shared or used for any other purpose. After you’ve completed the form, present it to the cashier along with your photo ID and a blank personal check. Processing will take just seconds, and when approved you’ll receive either a temporary or permanent VIP Preferred card for your immediate use. If you receive a temporary paper card, a permanent card will arrive via mail in approximately 14 days.
How much can I cash?
Approved VIP Preferred cardholders are issued an account with a 10-day revolving limit that provides you with check cashing privileges as long as your account remains in good standing. The amount of each check you cash will be deducted from your available limit. For your future use, each check that clears the bank will be added back to your available limit in 10 days from the date of the check.
How do I cash a paper check?
To cash a paper check, simply present your VIP Preferred card, photo ID and paper check to the cashier and you’ll receive your cash in seconds.
Can I postdate my check?
No. The check will be cashed the same day. The VIP Preferred system does not hold checks for future dates.
How do I cash an e-check?
Once you have your permanent VIP Preferred card, you have the ability to cash an e-check. These transactions are fast, secure, and allow you to cash checks without bringing your checkbook! Simply present your VIP Preferred card and photo ID to the cashier and request an e-check transaction. The transaction will be approved in seconds and the cashier will give you a receipt to sign and provide you with your cash. The e-check transaction will be debited from your bank account in approximately one to two banking days.
How do I check my available limit?
Before writing a check or cashing an e-check transaction, present your VIP Preferred card and photo ID to the cashier and ask them to access your available limit.
What if I forgot my VIP Preferred card?
Simply present your photo ID to the cashier and explain you have forgotten your VIP Preferred card. They will then process an account inquiry and print a temporary card for your immediate use.
