Join us for an exclusive four-course pairing dinner with August Schell Brewing Company. Minnesota-based Schell’s has been brewing German craft beers for more than 150 years. A representative from the brewery will speak about each beer featured throughout the evening. This evening’s menu will be prepared by Executive Chef Richard Fisher, Executive Pastry Chef Marshall Rosenthal and Executive Sous Chef Corey Martin. Each gourmet course is expertly paired with a different Schell’s beer to enhance your dining experience.
