The Mystic Showroom also boasts state-of-the-art acoustics, incredible sight lines and extra-wide seats with plenty of legroom. Which means more room for you and your friends to sit back, relax and enjoy the show.

***On show nights, the box office will remain open 30 minutes after the show has started. For shows on Sundays, the box office will open 4 hours prior to show time and close 30 minutes after the show has started.

Will Call
Will Call is available 60 minutes prior to the show at the Box Office. The customer must bring the Ticketmaster order number, a valid photo ID, and the actual credit card used to place the order.

Accessible Seating
Mystic Lake Casino Hotel is fully accessible. The Mystic Showroom also offers accessible seating. These seats are available upon request.

From North: 169 South to Canterbury Road/CR 83 exit, South on CR 83 to Casino.
From South: 35 North to 185th exit, West on 185th, 185th becomes CR 21, left on CR 82 to Casino.
From West: 169 North to Canterbury Road/CR 83 exit, South on CR 83 to Casino.
From East: CR 42 West to CR 83, South on CR 83 to Casino.

Parking
Plenty of free parking is available on the casino grounds, including a covered parking ramp with a skyway. Valet parking is also available.

Mystic Lake Casino is a gun-free facility.
No cameras, recording devices or carry-in devices.
No smoking in the showrooms.

Children Rules
Persons under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and enter through the hotel entrance.
