Q: What time is check in / check out?
A: 3PM/11AM

Q: Since you now serve alcohol, is it still 18 years old to gamble?
A: Yes

Q: Do you allow smoking on property? In guestrooms?
A: Yes, in designated areas/we have smoking and non-smoking rooms

Q: How much do you charge for Wi-Fi internet access?
A: Wi-Fi is complimentary


Q: Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
A: Yes, on the second floor of the hotel and at Dakotah Sport & Fitness (off property, adjacent from the hotel)
     Second Floor Hours: 6:30AM-11PM/9AM-9PM (Family Hours)
     Dakotah Sport & Fitness Hours: 5AM-10PM (M-F) 6AM-10PM (Sat/Sun)


Q: Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
A: Yes, 7am-1am EXCEPT Monday it closes at 10:30PM for cleaning…at that time the Gambler's Grille will remain open for food


Q: Do you have a business center?
A: Yes, guest may either buy a pre-paid internet card at the Front Desk or use their Credit Card to get online


Q: Do you have a pool? What are the Hours?
A: Yes, on the second floor of the hotel and at Dakotah Sport and Fitness
     Second Floor Hours: 6:30AM-11PM/9AM-9PM (Family Hours)


Q: Do you have poolside rooms?
A: No


Q: Do you have refrigerators and / or microwaves in the rooms?
A: Refrigerators are available upon request depending upon availability. Microwaves are not available or accepted into the hotel rooms.


Q: How many Guests are allowed in hotel rooms?
A: Standard rooms allow a max occupancy of 5 guests. Suites allow a max occupancy of 3 guests.


Q: Do you have any Suites?
A: We offer a variety of suite types. Please call hotel reservations at 952-445-9000 or 1-800-548-8536 for more information.


Q: Do you offer a free movie channel or Pay Per View movies?
A: We do not offer a free movie channel. Pay Per View movies are available in all hotel rooms.


Q: Do you have a spa? What are the hours?
A: Yes, 9AM-8PM daily


Q: Do you offer valet parking?
A: Yes, valet parking is complimentary


Q: Do you offer rollaways and cribs? What is the charge?
A: Yes, rollaways are $10 and cribs are complimentary


Q: Is a credit card required to make a hotel reservation?
A: Yes


Q: Is a credit card required upon check in?
A: Yes, $25 will be authorized for incidentals


Q: When does the $25 authorization return to my card?
A: *The authorization will be released by The issuing bank in accordance to its hotel authorization policy and may take several business days

A: Reservations not cancelled by 4 p.m. day of arrival or not checked into are subject to one night’s room and tax charge
