General Rules

Reservations not canceled by 4 pm the day prior to arrival or not checked will be charged one night’s room and tax charge. Registered guests must be 21+ to register and present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. A valid credit card is required upon arrival; an authorization for the full amount of your stay plus $50 is charged to your card to cover incidental charges. Upon check out, the total balance is charged to your card and the authorization amount released. Depending on your banking institution this release may take five to seven business days or longer per the financial institution’s policies. Mystic Lake Casino Hotel® is not responsible for overdraft fees associated with your debit card.

Please cancel reservations via initial booking source. If initial booking source is unavailable for cancellation, call 1-800-813-7349. Mystic Lake is a firearm-and pet-free environment. Mystic Lake does not recognize emotional support animals as service animals. Only trained service animals are permitted. The hotel is a secured environment; a valid room key is required to enter. No outside alcohol, furniture or appliances are permitted; guest bags and coolers are subject to inspection.

Mystic Lake Casino Hotel does not provide airport shuttle service. Alternate transportation includes Super Shuttle (fees apply) and taxi service (fares apply). Both are available from MSP International Airport. Complimentary daily shuttle service to and from Mall of America®, Minneapolis, St. Paul, and several Twin Cities suburbs is available.
