Do I need an account to view content on this website?

No. All content on this site is open to the public, including Entertainment listings, Hotel specials, Coupon offers, and more!

Should I get a website user account?

Yes! This will let you sign up for the Mystic Email Club where you can receive updates about upcoming shows, bingo events, hotel specials, and more! You will also have the ability to change these preferences at any time.

I'm already part of the Mystic Email Club. Should I still sign up for a website account?

Yes. Before December 8, 2009 this website did not retain any user information. Signing up for a website user account will give you the ability to change your preferences at any time, even if you are already receiving email updates.

How do I create a website user account?

1. Beneath the login fields, select Create an account to receive special offers to register for a new website account.
2. Choose a username, and fill out the rest of your Guest Profile. You must use a valid email address. When finished, fill out the CAPTCHA at the bottom of the page, and select "Create new account".
3. The system will send you a confirmation email to verify your email address. This email message contains a special one-time link. Click the link to report that you have received the confirmation message.
4. The one-time link will bring you to a special login page. Your username has already been accepted, so simply click the Log in button. This will pull up your user profile.
5. Choose a password, and type it into both password fields. Stronger passwords are better, but any two matching passwords will do. When finished, Save your profile at the bottom of the page.

That's it! You are now able to log into the site at any time.

How do I change my email preferences?

1. Log in using your username and password.
2. Select "My account".
3. Select tab labeled "Guest Profile".
4. Near the bottom of your profile, there is a section titled "Email Club Interests". Use the checkboxes to select the emails you'd like to receive. Un-check any you no longer wish to receive.
5. Be sure to Save your changes using the button at the bottom of the screen.

I forgot my password.

No problem! Beneath the login fields, select Forgot your password? This will allow you to request a new password. Simply enter your email address, fill out the CAPTCHA, and select "E-mail new password". The system will send you a message with further instructions.

I never got a confirmation message after I signed up.

In some rare cases, it is possible for messages to get lost in the mail. Try these options:

  • Check your spam filter or junk email folder in your email client. The confirmation message may have been wrongly filed there.
  • Follow the above instructions for "I forgot my password." to have the system automatically send you a new confirmation message.
