Under 18

Minors, persons under the age of eighteen (18), are not permitted to participate in the gaming opportunities offered by Mystic Lake Casino Hotel^® and Little Six Casino^®. To reserve a hotel room the guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Parent(s) or legal guardian(s) shall accompany minors at all times, including attendance at banquets and concerts. If you are under the age of eighteen (18), we ask that you do not attempt to participate in any gaming activity, loiter in gaming areas, or enter into contracts that you are not legally permitted to enter, and that you do not provide any personal information to us.

SMSC Gaming Enterprise will never request that checks, money orders or any other form of payment from a guest be mailed to Mystic Lake Casino Hotel or Little Six Casino regarding promotions.

Alcohol

Alcohol service will only be provided to guests 21 or older who show a valid, government-issued photo ID. Mystic Lake reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who appears to be impaired or intoxicated. No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed.

Weapons

Firearms and other weapons are strictly prohibited on the premises.

ID and Admissions

Mystic Lake guests who intend to game must be at least 18 years of age. Guests who appear 25 years of age or younger may be asked for ID at any time prior to entering or while in gaming areas. Acceptable IDs include valid domestic and foreign government-issued photo IDs. Tribal IDs are accepted if they include a current picture and date of birth. 

Pets

Pets are NOT permitted at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel, Little Six Casino, and/or outdoor events hosted on SMSC Gaming Enterprise Property.

Service Animals

Mystic Lake Casino Hotel welcomes guests with service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). A service animal is defined as a dog (any size, any breed) trained to perform work or a task directly related to a person’s disability. Once the dog’s status has been verified a wristband will be provided to the dog’s handler that can be affixed to the dog’s collar, harness, or leash. The wristband may also be worn by the dog’s handler. This will help prevent further questioning by members of our team so you may fully enjoy your stay. ***If attaching the wristband to the dog’s collar, harness, or leash please take care to ensure the wristband’s placement does not pose a hazard to the animal.

Emotional Support / Comfort Animals

Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. These would be classified as comfort or emotional support animals. Emotional support/comfort animals are NOT permitted at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel, Little Six Casino, and/or outdoor events hosted on SMSC Gaming Enterprise Property.
